Cancellation and Return Policy
Cancellation before shipment :
If the order of the item(s) that you want to cancel has not been shipped yet, you can raise your cancellation request via the following routes :

Send an email to our customer support team at thecocotierstore@gmail.com to cancel your order along with your order ID details. Or call us on +91- 8178949339 (Monday To Saturday, 8AM to 10PM and Sunday 8AM to 7PM).
How will I get refunded for the cancelled orders and how long will this process take?
In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 7 working days after receiving the cancellation request.
Return, Refunds & Exchange
Many quality steps are taken to ensure your products arrive to you in excellent condition. It is very important you inspect the purchase upon arrival. The Cocotier®’s returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on The Cocotier® store for any reason within the specified return/exchange period. Feel free to try on a product but all we ask is that the product remains unused and is preserved in its original condition along with the tags and packaging. In case a Seal Tag is received with the item, ensure that it remains attached & intact with the product to avoid any hassles in the event of a return/exchange.
The Cocotier® has 7-day return & exchange policy from the date of product delivery. We strive to process return requests promptly, ensuring that your request is handled within 10 business days from the time of the request.
Once you receive the product, please make sure you make an unboxing video for the same so as to have a video & photo proof for the same which will be required in case on any refunds or claims.
To initiate a return, kindly raise a request within the stipulated time frame at thecocotierstore@gmail.com. Upon receiving your request, we'll arrange a convenient reverse pickup for the product and proceed with the refund once the item is received with us.
Eligibility for Returns:
Products are eligible for return under the following circumstances:
• The delivered product(s) do not match the user's order.
• There is a discrepancy in the size of the product.
• The delivered product(s) are damaged.
When returning a product, ensure it remains unused, with its tags and packaging intact and unaltered.
We encourage you to please make an unboxing video once the package is received to make sure we have adequate evidence for the item to be returned.
Non-Returnable Items:
Products that do not qualify for return include:
• Products that have been used or altered.
• Larger items (items exceeding 1 meter in any dimension or weighing over 10 kilograms).
Replacements Policy:
Availability of the desired replacement is subject to the Company's discretion and product availability. If a replacement is not feasible, a refund will be processed.
Please note the replacement shipping will be geared by the buyer. Please refer to return eligibility for the same.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be executed as follows:
• The refund request will undergo validation by our team.
• Refunds will be initiated within 10 business days following the reverse pickup.
• In cases of failed delivery attempts, we will cancel the order and initiate a refund according to our policy.
